As CEO of BidFinance, Zenia is dedicated to creating and implementing BidFinance's overall vision. She steers the company toward innovation and growth, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with long-term goals. Through strategic planning and effective implementation, Zenia strives to position BidFinance as a leader in the financial technology sector, achieving success and creating value for stakeholders.

Piotr Szaciłło

With more than 15 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, Peter stands out for his ability to build lasting relationships with key partners in various sectors.

His career at BIK Group (BIK, BIG InfoMonitor) and expanded his network of business partners, where he successfully acquired clients in the financial, energy, gas, fuel, FMCG and debt collection industries. Since 2019, Peter has been successfully involved in the fintech and startup sector, where he helps develop companies specializing in financial intermediation, payments, risk assessment and Open Banking.

At BidFinance, he is involved in building relationships with key clients. Piotr graduated from the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in banking, and completed postgraduate studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.

Andrzej Dubiec

Receivables Management Specialist

Andrew brings 17 years of experience in the receivables management industry working for brands such as Kruk S.A. and Ultimo S.A., with the last nine years in the role of managing business processes in the area of monitoring, collection and sale of receivables at a loan company.
 
His practical skills and knowledge are the foundation for creating and improving effective monitoring and collection strategies based on complex analytical models.

Andrzej's track record includes building a process for selling NPL receivables and co-creating an online service for the sale and self-service of financial products at Takto Finanse Sp. z o.o.

Andrzej is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw.
